Position Summary: 负责系统项目的实施与交付，确保在合同要求范围内达成项目目标，满足客户的要求并提高客户满意度。 Responsible for implementation and delivery of system project. Ensure project objectives are achieved within the scope of contract requirements. Meet customer requrements and enhance customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. 组织并协调外部销售及内部支持团队在项目投标或报价阶段明确项目的各项需求，识别项目风险，制订项目预算。 Organize and coordinate external sales and internal supporting functions to clarify requirements of system project in the bidding or quotation stage. Identify project risks and make project budget. 2. 在项目实施阶段，根据合同要求，组织召开项目开工会，制定项目计划。 Organize project kick-off meeting and make project plan according to contract requirements during project execution. 3. 协调项目相关人员，推进项目的执行，确保项目按计划交付。 Coordinate project team members to facilitate project execution and secure project on-time delivery. 4. 负责系统零部件选型、GA设计审核及生产BOM制定。 Take responsibilities of system accessory selection, GA design review and production BOM creation. 5. 协调并推动采购部门完成零部件的采购和准时到货。 Coordinate and push purchasing department for material purchasing and on-time delivery. 6. 根据项目实施进度，协调生产车间完成系统的组装、测试、见证和发运等工作。 According to project status, work with workshop to complete system installation, testing, FAT, and shipment. 7. 完成项目实施各阶段文件的编制、提交和客户审核。 Complete compiling, submission and customer audit of documents required in each stage of project execution. 8. 负责项目成本和质量的跟踪和控制。 Responsible for tracking and controlling of project cost as well as quality. 9. 项目出现偏差或异常时，组织、协调相关人员快速处理并找到解决方案。 Coordinate relevant teams to work out best solutions rapidly when problems and deviations occur. 10. 负责系统在客户现场调试和验收阶段各项工作的组织和协调。 Responsible for organization and coordination of system commissioning and quality acceptance on customer site. 11. 支持系统售后问题的分析、处理，并制订改善及预防措施。 Support analysis of system after-sales problems. Make improvement and preventive measures. 12. 定期组织项目协调会，汇总并汇报项目的进展情况。 Organize project review meeting. Summarize and report project status regularly. 13. 与客户和销售团队保持良好的沟通，保证客户满意度。 Liaison with sales team and representatives of clients to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction. 14. 完成项目的收尾、总结和经验收集等工作。 Complete the job of project closure and lessons learned. 15. 完成主管交办的其他工作。 Complete other jobs assigned by line manager. Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 本科及以上学历，工科类专业，化学工程或化工机械专业为佳。 Bachelor’s degree or above and engineering background. Major in chemical engineering or chemical machinery preferred. 2. 熟悉过程工业（换热器、管道、阀门、电气仪表），有系统设计经验为佳。 Being familiar with process industries (heat exchanger, piping, valve, electrical instruments), system design experience plus. 3. 有3年以上项目管理经验。 Above 3 years project management experience. 4. 英语能熟练的听说读写。 Be able to listen, speak, read, and write English.
