工作职责

* Functional Management Responsibilities:
* Leads effort to recruit and hire MSLs within the TA
* Plans and manages team budget
* Manages team members performance and development
* Be responsible for coaching team members
* Be accountable for the quality of scientific and medical knowledge of MSLs
within TA
* Business Unit/Therapeutic Area Responsibilities:
* Effectively collaboration with Cross Functional Partners.
* Proactively coordinates field need for medical/scientific knowledge
required for management and support of Bayer Healthcare products and relative
disease states (in line products and products in development)

任职要求

* Education:
* Master Degree or higher in clinical medicine or pharmacology or medicine
relevant, MD, PhD preferred
* Skill:
* Proven ability to focus on customer
* Good leadership ability
* Proven ability to build productive work relationships both internally and
externally
* Excellent presentation skills
* Good coaching skills
* Exhibits oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
* Fluent English in literature reading
* Ability to travel
* Experience:
* A minimum of 1 year clinical experience, or a minimum of 3 years
pharmaceutical industry experience
* At least 3 years medical affairs experience
* 3 years MSL experience preferred.
